At Rxbuild Mental Health & Wellbeing Foundation, we’re on a mission to make mental health support more accessible, inclusive, and effective for communities across the UK and beyond. Our work is rooted in empathy, innovation, and collaboration—and as we grow, we’re looking to build out a **top table of talent** to guide us into the future.

This is a unique opportunity to **shape the direction of a forward-thinking mental health and wellbeing foundation** at a critical time. We’re now welcoming **voluntary applications** from experienced professionals across a range of key areas.

### Who We’re Looking For

As we expand our leadership and advisory structure, we’re particularly interested in individuals with strong backgrounds in:

- **Finance & Fundraising Strategy**  
  Help us ensure financial sustainability and transparency as we scale. We’re seeking individuals with experience in financial planning, investment, nonprofit fundraising, and strategic budgeting.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**  
  Bring your network and relationship-building skills to help us build trust and visibility across sectors—from government bodies to community organisations and corporate partners.
- **Public Affairs & Policy**  
  If you understand the legislative and regulatory landscape of mental health, your insights can help us advocate effectively and influence change at a national and local level.
- **Mental Health & Clinical Expertise**  
  We value the lived and professional experience of those working in therapy, psychology, psychiatry, counselling, and crisis care. Your input will shape the services and safeguards we provide.
- **Health, Fitness & Wellbeing**  
  We know that physical health plays a key role in mental wellbeing. If you have a background in sports psychology, personal training, fitness coaching, or holistic health, your voice is welcome.
