# Menergy: Mind in Motion – A New Space for Men to Rebuild Strength, Confidence & Connection

In every community, there are men carrying more than they let on.  
Stress. Pressure. Low motivation. Feeling disconnected. A sense that something needs to change, but not knowing where to start — or feeling like they must deal with it alone.

*Menergy: Mind in Motion* was created for exactly those moments.

Developed under the **Rxbuild Mental Health & Wellbeing Foundation**, Menergy brings men together to improve their wellbeing through the simplest and most powerful tools we have: **movement, conversation, and community**.

## **Why Menergy?**

Because men deserve a place where they can:

- Show up without judgement
- Move their bodies at their own pace
- Talk openly (or quietly reflect — both are welcome)
- Reconnect with purpose, motivation, and confidence
- Build meaningful relationships with other local men
- Learn simple mindset tools to support mental health

Too often, men wait until breakdown before reaching out for support.  
Menergy is here to provide the **space before crisis** — a weekly reset that strengthens the body and clears the mind.

## **What Happens in a Session?**

Each **1-hour session** blends low-pressure physical activity with guided conversation. It’s not about athletic ability — it’s about getting moving and feeling better.

A typical session includes:

- A warm-up and movement-based activity
- A practical mindset focus (like confidence, habits, resilience, stress relief)
- A group reflection or open conversation
- Community connection and support

You don’t need to be fit, fast, or experienced — you just need to turn up.

## **Where & When Does Menergy Happen?**

📍 **Bradbury Community House, Glossop**  
🕕 **Wednesdays | 6:00pm – 7:00pm**  
💷 **Completely FREE to attend**

Bradbury Community House is a cornerstone of the Glossopdale community — a trusted, welcoming space where people feel at ease. Hosting Menergy here allows men to step into an environment that feels safe, warm, and familiar.

## **A Community Beyond the Sessions**

Alongside the weekly Mind in Motion sessions, participants can join our **men’s WhatsApp community**. This includes:

- Walk & Talk meetups
- Extra movement sessions
- Peer support
- Motivation and accountability
- Reminders and check-ins

It’s a way for men to stay connected, even when life gets busy.

## **Who Is It For?**

Men aged **18+** from all backgrounds.  
Whether you’re looking to get fitter, reduce stress, boost motivation, or simply meet other men in a positive environment — Menergy is for you.

## **Why It Matters**

We know that when men come together, talk openly, and support one another, the impact is huge:

- Mental wellbeing improves
- Confidence grows
- Stress reduces
- Habits strengthen
- Isolation decreases
